Cooking for the Ovi Daily App Competition

I’ve managed to make it to the final five and the Ovi Daily app skills cooking competition.

So when it comes to cooking I have 2 very strick rules.

1 – Wear an Aprin

I decided to do three different meals .The first is one of my favourites that I saw someone do 2 years ago on tv. It’s a lovely dish of chicken wrapped in parma ham, however the key to this dish is in the marinade which is fresh garlic, fresh rosemary, and equal proportions of Dijon mustard and balsamic vinegar. I add extra virgin olive oil to bulk it up.

The second dish was pretty fun to do, I used the Perfect Egg Application from Ovi Store, to make an Ovi Breakfast.

Lastly I thought I would go the whole nine yards, and do a Lobster Thermidor (yummy)
